You should have a cheat day one every 7 days, and by cheat day I don't mean gorge yourself with fattening food but allow yourself to go over your calories. if you are already thin and want to tone you should be doing strength exercises and not so much cardio. If you don't have alot of fat to burn you may not see any weight loss. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may even see a gain if you are gaining muscle.
