Good idea deleting mfp when you needed more storage on your phone. I'd do the same.

No.

Yes it's noticeable. The scale will have no problems proving that to you.

Nope. It's the dieters' decisions that is harming the their health. Always has. Always will be.

Okay

So you're still 12 pounds lighter since you began. Sounds fine to me.

Eat more than you usually eat?

1. Don't rely on your Fitbit for calories. Use it as more of a general info data. 2. You didn't mention a food scale. Get one so you know how much calories you're eating and stay within that calorie deficit and do not calculate in your Fitbit "calories burned". 3. "I'm hoping for a steady 3 pound or more a week." No,…

Say no.

To make it clear op, it's how much calories you eat. The amount of food can vary, but the amount of calories you consume is what will help you gain or lose weight.

Same boat as you, though I've eaten over my 1800 calories many times, though usually up to or below maintenance. Lost weight initially, which was probably water, and have slowly gained it back. Thinking I may have to lower the calorie deficit even more.

Roll before and after. Always.

How about shrimp? Especially cold cocktail shrimp. Or lobster. Can't think of any sea food that don't have that ocean/sea smell. Ever have seaweed, seagrass, or kelp soup? Even sea plantation has that smell.

Use and lift weights that are challenging to you but should not overwhelm you. As you train more, you'll come to realize your own limits, of when you'll need a spotter and such. There's much worse than using a bench and only the barbell. You're starting out and new, just go for it. I've seen people use the barbell bench…

Lol of course, it happens to everyone every day. Quite a common occurrence.
-
Good job op. It was meant to be eaten.

Having a dog encourages you to be more active because a dog is healthier when it is active, but it won't make you (like some kind of on/off switch) more active. You can keep the dog be indoors all the time (I don't recommend) and only let it out the yard to potty. This isn't making you more active in your own life style,…

Same. Keep pounding.
