Eating foods high in fats won't make you gain weight. Calories is what matters most with weight control. If you want to lose weight, enter go to your mfp settings and enter your current weight + daily activity level, then your goal weight and it'll tell you the amount of daily calories to consume to achieve that goal…

Clothes. Always.

Just eat it and hit that craving and move on. One KitKat package will barely do a thing to you if it's every so often. You don't even need to burn it off. Just have it and get back on track.
-
Any specific reason for low fat food sources? If you're looking to lose weight, a caloric deficit is what you're after.

If you're trying to lose weight, I wouldn't log into mfp the amount of calories burned. It'll re-adjust your calories for the day, and you may fall into the trap of eating back those burned calories. If you'd like to log your activity strictly for the sake of keeping track, then just log it as an activity without the…

This is pretty much where it's at.

If you really don't like to exercise, then don't. If you're trying to lose weight, you only need to eat at a caloric deficit. Forcing yourself to do things you don't enjoy will only lead to unhappiness and your own happiness is way more important than most things. You said you already bike, and you enjoy aerobics and zumba…

Possibly. But best way to curb hunger is to have self control, which is what matters for weight control in the long run so develop it from the beginning.

Hit the buffet once it opens and not leave until it closes.

Never heard of Royal Farms and had to look it up. Surprisingly, there's on close by. Thanks

Not eating.

Lol you answered the question that I was going to ask.

Eat it plain. It's an acquired taste. Delicious.

You said it yourself. Gaining simply is easier because if not, there would not be an obesity problem, or at least to a lesser degree. It's good that you can control your intake, as that is essential for losing weight if you ever decide to lose. Instead of eating high amounts of food in weight, eat food that is higher in…

Stick with the non powder normal version. Just have it fit within your calories. Eventually you'll either not like it as much, or figure out how to have it and adjust the rest of your diet to make it work.

Not eat.

Just stop. Self control and discipline.

2 tablespoon peanut butter and an egg.

If you leave them in the supermarket packaging, it will dry out. Take the chicken out of its packaging and place it in some bowl of marinade. This will give you great tasting chicken and won't dry out. Or if no marinade, roll them in some oil before storing them.

Get a scale. Weighing your food, and realizing how many calories something is will go a long way in controlling hunger. Guilt is a powerful thing.

Chicken and rice. Been eating this for lunch 90% of the time for the past many years. Different cooking methods and flavorings, as well as condiments, keeps it from being boring though it does happen time to time.

Nope. Lift heavy 2-3 days a week with some minor cardio added in afterwards. And maybe a day or two for some quick high intensity cardio. Need rest days.

I lose the weight in time for the summer season, then gain it back over winter. I don't consider this failing.

Keep pinching those muffin top handles. Maybe it'll wear itself out one day.

This guy gets it.

Don't eat.

Lol, nope. Muscle does not weight more than fat. However, it is more dense than fat. A pound of gold still weighs the same as a pound of feathers.
