New to calorie counting

Always focused on right food choices and excercise but never concentrated on calories. Hoping this will give me a better structure to my diet that I can feel more in control of my portions and listen to my body. Figuring out if I eat because of hunger, or emotion.

    Think loads eat for comfort emotions bored tired socialising
    The thing is we need to change our life style and that's counting calories you soon get used to eating the lowest foods that are filling :)

    People also make the error of eating when they are really dehydrated...You'll have a chance to really get in tune with your body along the way. Good luck!

    Get a scale. Weighing your food, and realizing how many calories something is will go a long way in controlling hunger. Guilt is a powerful thing.
