Anyone give them a shot? I used to be a coffee drinker and remember the awesome energy I'd get for my workouts. Now I'm mostly a tea drinker, making it less intense. I've also read that they work well for appetite suppression.

I have taken and continue to take Caffeine supplements. I ordered mine from BB.com and paid about $8.00 for 100 200mg tablets - I do not take them regularly only when I need a little boost for a run or something else... It could all be in my head but I do feel more alert and awake after I have taken one... the only drawback for me is that they taste wicked bad.

I take them and enjoy them. No issues unless I take them too late in the day and sleep is very hard.0
