I've woken up this morning with creaky knees. I do an hour's worth of circuit training 2-3 times a week and have never had this problem before so I am going to bow out gracefully from this DVD for the weekend to see how my knees feel on Monday. L1D10!! That's level one complete and I tell you I really did not want to do it. Put it off for hours!! Feel much better for doing it and I certainly wouldn't have done it without this thread. Roll on level 2!!
