Welcome! I'm pretty new here too. My main reason for losing is that I'm not happy with how ive become..I don't feel like myself anymore and I'm dang tired of being uncomfortable! In my clothes, when walking down the street. My extra weight is holding me back in life, so its gotta go!

I took a package of mini-cupcakes (bought last night) in to my office to rid myself of the temptation. What do I do? Eat 2 of them anyway. Sigh....I think it fits into my calories though

Great post! And to encourage you, in turn....on wednesday I completely blew my program. The next day I weighed and was up 3 pounfs!! I didn't get discouraged, cause this is a lifestyle now and occasionally I will do that (though not oftrn..like you, I felt like crap afterwards). Anyways, 4 days later I got the extra 3 lbs…

Keep it up!! I haven't been doing this long, but I hate the times that I do well and don't lose....I have found that if I power through, all of a sudden 2 pounds come off at once! Just don't give up :)

Seeing this, and the other stories on here, gave me the strength to say no to a potential winery visit this afternoon! Sangrea and chicken pesto sandwich, while delicious, would just cost me money and calories so I'm saying NO for now! I'll go to the gym instead and save the indulgence for another time. Thanks!
