I try to get in at least 45 -60 minutes of the zumba. I do believe it has helped me in the past to lose weight. It also tones your legs and thighs and tummy as well. I do it several times a week. I am about to leave the office for the day. I will go home and change into my walking shoes and then march right over the the polling place to vote. I walked past it this morning too. They were not open yet (6:00 a.m.) but I did see movement. :laugh:

I dont think it is a big deal. I am sorry her attire offends you though. You have the same rights as she does and that is be comfortable in your work environment. I think you are doing an awesome job! Dont focus so much on changes about how you look right now. You have the right attitude about noticing that you are feeling stronger and better which is so important. Eventually you will see other changes. I think you are awesome.

Sending you a hug:happy: People who do things like that to others are already beaten so low themselves that they have to make others around them lower in order to make them feel better. Keep your head up and shoulders straight and dont worry about remarks others make. It doesnt matter.
