150 SQUATS! Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy. Static or walking lunges count!
Week 2 or 3? Beat last weeks # by 10!
No weight? Grab anything a little heavy! Jug of milk? Books? Baby?
You can do these ANYWHERE!
I'll be doing them at work, in sets, throughout the day.
If this is your second week then try to beat last week's # by at least 10. Put your new # in your ompletion post!

Sure does! Only exception I find kinda funny is when someone already did them ALL and THEN finds the challenge and says they are in cause they already did them! Huh? That's not a challenge! But Anyhoozle: Your previous 30 counts because this will be MORE than you would do and therefore a challengel'm in l've done 30 already does that count?0
