    I'm in... Already did Zumba this morning, but I think I'm up to the challenge!

    doing 5 sets of 10... 10 sets done, 5 more to go


    Done! Yay me! Completed my first challenge! Now I'm looking forward to seeing what tomorrow's challenge will be....

    I've done 160 so far, will get 10-20 more in before bed (bathroom breaks are the perfect time to fit a set in!)

    150 done! It's "Leg Week" at my Kickboxing Fitness class, too, so I'm going to be regretting this tomorrow, but oh well. :) Thanks for posting the challenge.

    I would so love to join in but i have bad knees and i'm trying to figure out what i could do to work my legs without hurting. Help! Anyone......

    I have bad knees too. We need to find some other kind or type of lower body exercise to work our butts, legs and thighs. (sigs).:ohwell:

    I'm in. Last week 150 so I'll shoot for 175.
    175 completed; 25 body weight only to warm up, 25 w/15 lbs weight, 125 w/10lb weight. This is on top of the squats & lunges in my workout.
    Also did 30 push ups.
    Now off to walk with my husband if my hamstrings don't sieze up!
