I eat biggest meal at night about 5:00 pm. It helps me make it. I drink lots of water too.

Keep positive. I know when we where stationed over in Germany ywo times. The Holidays was the hardest. I sure miss the x-mas markets.

I have the pellet's. and the drops. I do the drops in the morning when I get out of bed and when I go to bed. The pellets in the day. As soon as I get in the car. to work , lunch time, and on the way home. I do 500 to 800 a day. in one month I lost 25 ponds. I also us my fitness pal.

It's like eating strawberrys. The small seeds on them.

I get stressed out I chew Gum... It has helped me not to put food in my mouth.

I went and got a childs plate and I eat off it. It has been helping me. I've lost 18 pounds
