I was just wondering if any of you had tried these. I just started today and I am already finding it hard to keep to the 500 calorie limit.
If you have tried it was is succesful?
Was it hard?
What kept you motivated?
I tried this site about 1 year and 100 pounds ago and it help but I lost focus and stopped trying to help myself but I am back and I am ready to do this for me!
I could use all the support I can get so even if you havent heard of the HCG pellets add me anyway, I need some strong influences in my life, and well a good firm kick in the right direction.

Pregnant Lady Pee Pellets...... would certainly suppress my appetite, too.0

Grabs a beer and wait for the show to start.......seriously 500 cals is bad for ya just do what mfp says and you will get healthy0
-
HCG is not good for you. It may work initially but you're really just starving yourself. There is no quick fix. sorry.0

Nobody likes to watch people abusing themselves. Do yourself a favor and get off the junk.0

I have the pellet's. and the drops. I do the drops in the morning when I get out of bed and when I go to bed. The pellets in the day. As soon as I get in the car. to work , lunch time, and on the way home. I do 500 to 800 a day. in one month I lost 25 ponds. I also us my fitness pal.0

They're turning pee into pellets now?0

I'm not trying to be negative here, but that does not sound healthy at all. With 500 calories I would starve to death. I ate the 1200 on here and still felt hungry some days. You can lose by sticking to the calorie range MFP allots you without doing a "diet" plan. This is the hard way, but big benefits in the end.0

You will lose weight on 500 calories with or without the pellets. But the body loses fat last with that kind of caloric depravation. You wll lose water, and muscle mass first. And it kind of screws with your metabolism. Looking at your goals, you have over 100 pounds to lose. There is no way you will be able to maintain a 500 calorie diet long enough to achieve that kind of weight loss. And once you start eating again, you will probably gain back everything you lost. I've known people who lost 20 or 30 pounds following that diet, but they all put it right back on. There are no short cuts, dear. Just sensible diet and exercise. I know it seems like it will take a really long time, but it's worth doing right.0

I thought pellets were poop and not pee.

Did you find it hard to just eat 500 calories?
I am also taking iron pills, calcium, vitamin etc. so that I am getting all the nutrients my body needs.0 -
AAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanf GO.
Dehydrated pee....d'OH!0 -
If your sticking to 500 cal limit something is wrong, this is way to low. Also the HCG tablets from what I have read are terrible for you, it is just concentrated urine into pellet form from a pregnant female. I was downtown the other day and there was a clinic buying pregnant female urine, it made me wonder so I goggled it. hope this helps...0

I think there is a hcg support group on here...0

I don't understand why people eat only 500-800 calories a day...and then say it's the hcg that causes weight loss.
Stop paying all the money, starve yourself without hcg, and guess what happens? You still lose weight.
Do yourself a huge favor and throw that crap in the garbage, learn to eat properly in the right amounts, and do some workouts. Your body will thank you.0 -

you can't get all the nutrients you need from a pill.

Thank you all, I know that 500 is not good for me that is why I wanted some of your opinions.0

What is a "Pellet" any ways? The only "pellets" I know of are the ones my rats leave for me in their cage. I'll sell them to you. I guarantee that, combined with a 500 calorie diet, you will lose weight while consuming my special rat pellets.0

At your current weight of 347, it is easy to drop pounds at a higher calorie intake.0 -
IMHO anyone who tries this stuff can't rightfully call themself an intelligent human being.0

Any diet that requires you to eat 500 calories in a day is insane.0

I tried it for a bit. I was miserable. I've had better, more long-lasting success following the MFP protocol.0 -
The safest and best way to lose weight is just use the MFP app correctly. Eat properly, maintain a healthy and safe calorie deficit and include some light exercise. :flowerforyou:0 -

That's what I thought too. I'm very confused right now.I thought pellets were poop and not pee.0
-
Oh, I get it now! We figured out that Pregnant Lady Pee is a scam... so now we've moved on to Pregnant Lady Poopie. Cool. I'll take 3.0

As many people here have, and will, say, the pills are doing nothing. It's only eating 500 cals a day that is causing you to lose weight. Water, muscle, and fat. Why not just eat sensibly, work out, and lose majority of fat?
Sadly overweight people are desperate for a quick fix, and will pay for it. There IS no quick fix to a healthier body and lifestyle. It WILL take time, but it WILL be worth it!0 -
I just don't understand why people would wanna do the HCG diet. I mean, if you haven't been pregnant, then you don't understand that HCG makes you:
1) exhausted
2) nauseated
3) anti-hunger
4) void of energy
Its just...omg the worst 3 months ever. The only thing that makes it worth it is that there's a baby in there growing. Why mess with your natural body chemistry like that? Trick your body into thinking its pregnant? That's so not cool.
I mean, think of it like this. If you eat 500 calories a day and not take the pill, you'd still lose weight because you are STARVING.
Do it the healthy way. No one said it would be easy, just that it would be worth it.0 -
I prefer the HCG inhaler.0
