I finished W1, D3 this morning and upped to 5 pound weights. My shoulders/back are a bit sore (a good sore) but I can just imagine what they will feel like in the morning.

I have my tragus pierced and wear a hoop and use the ear buds with the extra rubber/or foam (whatever the material is) around them to help cancel out the surrounding noise. They are the only kind that stay in for me, but I can only wear them for a limited amount of time otherwise my piercing gets irritated and a little…
