Tragus piercing and earphones

If you have your tragus pierced, what kind of earphones do you use and do they stay in? I have studs in, not the hoops like they pierce you with and was thinking of getting the noise canceling ones that have the extra rubber but don't wanna waste money on them if they aren't going to be any better.

Opinions?

    I have my tragus pierced and wear a hoop and use the ear buds with the extra rubber/or foam (whatever the material is) around them to help cancel out the surrounding noise. They are the only kind that stay in for me, but I can only wear them for a limited amount of time otherwise my piercing gets irritated and a little sore. But with a stud, you might not have that problem.
