  • im 5'5, 215lbs, want to be back to my happy weight of 150... im thinking that will take me about a year, i hope, but im getting married in august and 200lbs would be great for that! Ive been working out and watching my calories for about a month and only lost 6 lbs.. so i dunno, i might be doing something wrong...
  • there's a very good chance your loosing fat and gaining muscle, give it a little while and stay strong, it'll happen :D
  • sugar and spice whats your childhood nick name?
  • mmm yea, im always tempted by the Thai express pad Thai, which is apparently really high in sodium and calories.. i went for a Thai soup today, it wasn't salty at all and had lots of rice noodles and veg. hopefully its a better option. i was getting Mediterranean food for a while, but its ridiculously high in sodium. good…
  • dress #1 for sure
  • i saw them at TGI fridays a while back, but u got 3, so it was a very good idea to share. i definitely like the trend of smaller portions, i know a lot of people want to get more for their money but i am totally happy with a small dose of something REALLY tasty lol
