thanks I need this today! getting ready to spend the day in airports and on a planes, so this is fantastic, I know people are going to be looking at me funny doing squats and what not sitting in the waiting area!!! but ill stick to my guns and do them anyway!

this is FANTASTIC! its 9pm here and i just finished sewing up a big whole in my coat that i had been putting off for MONTHS and saw this AFTER i finished! guess i didnt need the extra motivation today for this challenge but its a great one!

Going to do week 2 day 2 this evening on the treadmill again, but this time im going to make sure ive got an incline of at least 1.5 if not more.

great challenge but I'm gonna go with my nemesis push-ups!! i can do jumping jacks for like 3-4 min strait and it gets boring.... and I could really use some motivation on my push-ups

Did week 2 day 1 yesterday on the treadmill it was raining really hard so didn't really wanna run outside, not sure if I'm getting fitter or because it was on the treadmill but it was not to bad. almost did it a second time.

I don't have a lot to get rid of, my husband and I recently moved in with a friend and had to get rid of most of our stuff but ill look and see what I can find to get rid of.... maybe ill just toss some old cloths that don't fit too good..

Instead of adding all kinds of honey and goodies to my oatmeal (usually still healthy) I let it cool down a bit and mixed in my fiber one yogurt! added tons of flavor and kept it super healthy and kept the sugar down! great challenge!

Done!! almost grabbed an energy drink today but remembered this and just had more water instead!!! thanks for the fantastic challenge I guess I needed this today.

Made it! got in 154 grams of protein! went over my calorie intake a little tho :( but less than 100cal cant believe i did it!

Walked to the gym today and to the grocery store! using a re-usable BPA free water bottle. and double checking my housemate is turning lights/tv/computer off when not using them!
