thanks. Oh I also do like 200 squats a day. Every time I go to the bathroom I do 40. 10 Sumo/Ballet, 10 Sumo/Ballet pulses, 10 regular and 10 chair. I'm hoping that will help too...eventually ;-) Don't get discouraged though you're doing really well.

I also didn't realise that was going to come out so massive....

Hello, I've lost about 100 since September 2014. These are befores (both post having babies) and an after taken a couple months ago. I totally understand what you mean about your legs. I keep hoping it will come off of my thighs and calves. I do a lot of circuit training (Jillian Michaels) and just kind of hope that…

I'd just do some extra exercise. I definitely wouldn't drop down to 800 calories for the day, starvation mode and all that :) And well sometimes you're allowed a bit of a treat.
-
christ they should let you view before you post so you can check the pictures lol..right it's up properly now.

Amazing work!

I'm sorry you feel that way. Maybe you could start doing walks outside in just normal clothes, some jeans or whatever. Then you don't look so conspicuous. Or possibly some exercise DVDs. I personally don't really have time to go to the gym so I do them. I have to say though when I was going to the gym I found people really…

that is Astonishing! well done

so I weighed on Friday and it was another four pounds but I didn't believe it so I weighed again today and it was so yay! I've already missed out on the no sweets thing. My sister just got in from America to spend Christmas with me and our mom sent me a bunch of homemade fudge among other things. I don't think my sister…

I'm obese. I did it :) It was great. It seems daunting and I didn't think I'd really get into it but I loved it. She does actually have a time when she says "don't tell me you can't do jumping jacks, I have 400 pound people who do jumping jacks!" Like everyone says follow Anita, you'll get there and you'll find yourself…
-
thanks everyone :) i think the arms is probably from lifting a 20lb person on a regular basiso
-
Another 5lbs for me :) I might just make that 260 by Christmas. I'm sure I'll hit a plateau soon but I'm going to enjoy this while I can. Hope you ladies have all had a good week
-
thanks ladies for the compliments :) Looks like another fun challenge for next week. I can't believe this is the last one before Christmas. My goal is to be down to 260 by Christmas..that's another 15lbs..possibly a little high but I'm going to try for it anyways.

Welcome to our little group RJ. Hopefully you'll find some motivation here. Level two is a killer but I like it more than 1 (i think it's the less jumping jacks thing) I haven't done level 3 yet...
-
It's more the only time I have to do it is at about 10pm lol which isn't ideal at the moment. I'm going to try and get back into it next week (I already know we have a busy weekend) and see if I can't do it for a couple weeks before Christmas comes around and I know I'm not doing it for at least a week.

I'm at a standstill at the moment. I'm doing lots of walking but we had friends over from America so I couldn't really do anything while they were here. Struggling to fit it in at the moment. which sounds lame I know.

good job ladies. I'm down 5 for the last two weeks (i didn't weigh last week)
-
i didn't weigh last week but I'm down 5 for the past two weeks :)
-
wow! good job. I love 30DS. I'm on day 20. So technically my last day of level 2 but I think I'll probably stay on it because I don't think I've totally mastered it enough to go to level 3.
-
I completely forgot to weigh this week. I'd been so good so that I could indulge on things like butter and potatoes for Thanksgiving and then could barely manage any of it...dieting has ruined me lol. challenges look good this week. Well done to the rest of you :)
-
hi all, i was just wondering where everyone is at with this. We should be doing day 23 today.... I say should because sometimes life isn't that easy. I just finished day 19 which means my last day will be December 8th. I'm doing level two which i quite like. I'm going to look at level 3 and see how i feel but since I'm…
-
You can do this :) Feel better soon and get back on it
-
I did 2 pounds this week. I didn't manage all 14 miles though. here's to a new week :)
-
planking indeed :) good luck and well done moving on to level 2
-
well done! I'm doing 30DS and cannot wait to do my before and after pictures :)
-
So since I started 30DS my weight isn't dropping as quickly as it had been. I can tell a difference in my clothes and overall fitness though and it'sonly been 10 days. I think sometimes we have to ignore the scale a litt.e Which I know is hrd since we're trying to lose weight...
-
alright....level 2 day one down. Positives... The jumping jacks are mostly gone. I'm not going to say negative because i don't want doing this work out to be a negative thing... But say hello to planking ladies. In all different ways your core probably never knew existed. :)
-
its insane how easy it is to fall off the wagon on the weekend when we are so much more busy during the week... I'm starting L2 tomorrow I'll let you know how it goes :-) Don't beat yourself up because you're totally getting right back in there.
-
you can totally budget 20 minutes into your day :) so ladies who is going to start level 2 on Tuesday?
-
i find it really helps if you make sure to always look up and concentrate on pulling from your belly button. Like she says pull your belly button into the ground. Unless you're Anita you're probably going to use your neck a bit :)
