Here is the challenge for week 11
Burn 2000 calories this week
do 50 lunges(25 each leg) daily
try to eat at least 1 serving of veggies every day
*remember your water*

Sorry gals for not being on here very much lately, It's hockey season, and I seem to be always at one rink or another...I'm glad I have people to keep me accountable though because it's so darn easy to eat greasy burgers and fries at the rink!! I've been talking healthy snacks, but I gotta say...my willpower is starting to crack:):)0 -
Hey Ladies
Here is the challenge for week 12(next week will be the last one!!)
- 30 minutes of interval training 5 days this week
-tricep extensions- 3 sets of 12 every other day
-50 jumping jacks for the days in between
Eat breakfast everyday, and remember to drink your water!!

Looks like another fun challenge for next week. I can't believe this is the last one before Christmas. My goal is to be down to 260 by Christmas..that's another 15lbs..possibly a little high but I'm going to try for it anyways.0 -
Another 5lbs for me I might just make that 260 by Christmas. I'm sure I'll hit a plateau soon but I'm going to enjoy this while I can.

Way to go girls!!! I forgot to weigh in yesterday, I weighed this am and was pleasently suprised to see that I'm down 2lbs!! I didn't think I was going to see that much!! Still have 12 lbs to reach my goal for xmas though...oh well I'll hit it at some point in the new year I guess:) Have a great day ladies!!0

Here is week 13-Last one!!!
do 5 days of cardio exercise this week
do 50 of any other exercise daily (crunches, lunges, squats, jumping jacks etc. pick one that you like:)
No sweets this week!!

wow, last week alreaady!?! Yikes!!!! Thanks for the great challenges! I have to hit the exercise like crazy again - I did it the week before Thanksgiving, and I can do it again!

No weight loss for me this week. I have been going downhill - but I am back on track as of today. I won't be at my goal for Christmas, but maybe there will be another challenge for 2012????0

so I weighed on Friday and it was another four pounds but I didn't believe it so I weighed again today and it was so yay! I've already missed out on the no sweets thing. My sister just got in from America to spend Christmas with me and our mom sent me a bunch of homemade fudge among other things. I don't think my sister has actually brought any clothes just food and christmas presents.
I've really enjoyed these challenges, thank you so much for putting them all together.

Well.........I maintained between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I actually lost two pounds early on, but then stalled out and just sat at 134. But I am ready to get back to it, now. Today I overate......leftover junk that didn't make it onto goodie plates for other people. Ugh. But it sure is delicious!
Great challenge, ladies! Thank you so much! I have NEVER been so aware through the holidays of what/how much I was eating, and this helped keep it all in perspective all along. I DID NOT GAIN WEIGHT! This was a win! Thank you all!!!!0 -
