Exercise and Weight Loss

Hi all - need some advice,
Currently I am doing 30 Day Shred (20mins strength, cardio & abs) in the morning and walking briskly for 30 mins in the evening.
Is anyone else doing similar exercise to me?
I want to know how long you have been doing it for and what are your results so far?

I'm doing The Biggest Loser Bootcamp stages 1 and 2 in the morning which is 40 minutes. I then do The Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout in the evening before my meal. I have lost about 4 cms around my waist in the 2 weeks since I started and my arms and shoulders have changed too since I now fit in hoodies and jackets that I couldn't wear before! The scales have moved around 15lbs
I was doing 30 ds but didn't like Jillain much but will swap back to her at intervals if I get fed up with Bob Harper (which is unlikely hubba hubba)
I take Monday or Friday off my exercise each week and do 30 mins of Weight loss Yoga instead.
Good luck with your weight loss and remember that things can slow down for a bit whilst your body adjusts, keep your muscles hydrated and keep moving. Stick with it and you will see changes.0 -
I am also in my 16th day of 30DS and I run/walk 5 kms every day....waiting eagerly to 30 days mark to see results...yes for sure clothes are fitting better...all the best..0

Thanks ladies! Yes I have seen my body change and have lost cms but scales are taking a while to move.
I eat most of my target calories so I should see something soon!0 -
So since I started 30DS my weight isn't dropping as quickly as it had been. I can tell a difference in my clothes and overall fitness though and it'sonly been 10 days. I think sometimes we have to ignore the scale a litt.e Which I know is hrd since we're trying to lose weight...0
