I'm on Day 12, and I'm doing additional cardio on most days. I usually do 30 min to an hour on the treadmill in addition to 30DS.

Day 11 Level 2 done. First day of Level 2 was tough, but I'm glad to try some different exercises. I'm really not coordinated enough to do those oblique twists though. :embarassed: Not a pretty sight.

L1D10 done. Improving on the push ups that I could hardly do 2 of on Day 1. I'm a bit afraid of moving on to L2 tomorrow though... can't imagine this workout getting harder!!!

L1D5 done. Leg soreness much better today. Days 2 and 3 were excruciating. It was very painful to bend my legs to sit down or stand up. I'm still having trouble getting through the cardio part with the combination of jumping jacks and jumprope. I have to pause to catch my breath. I wish I had a HRM to see what my heartrate…

I love spinach, so I guess I need to eat more spinach salads with broccoli. I don't like almonds, but I like walnuts and pecans. Do you know if walnuts or pecans have a similar benefit, or is it just almonds? I agree with you about the canned salmon with bones, I don't think I could do that.
