you're prego and eating for 2, you need to be eating ATLEAST 1500-1800 cals!! You are burning calories and the baby needs nutrients. STick to lean meats, veggies and low sugar fruits along with your dairy intake and you will be fine, but trying to diet while prego, you will not have a healthy baby....think about the baby

when I am sick I don't have an appetite....depending on what you have. 2 years ago I lost 7 pounds over spring break because I was really sick and after getting better I didn't hav much of an appetite afterwards....

I had the same kind of day today. Set myself up for failure time after time again! I decided to just let it go, tomorrow is a new day and we can get back on track to our goals!!!! Just let it go, get a good sleep and start a new tomorrow :flowerforyou:

I switch between my 3 lbs and my 5lbs. Depending on what the muscle group is. I started with 3lbs then by day 3 I was able to bump some up to the 5lbs. Then I really felt the burn. 3lbs didn't do much except for the shoulders for me

omg I do, my left knee. I thought it was just me. I think it might the side lunges...I'm still in level 1, but I notice it after a couple days of doing it in a row. a day of rest usually helps, but I wanna go every day!!

It's a dvd workout by Jillian Michaels. It has 3 levels and you do 10 days at each level starting on 1. It incorporates weights (3mins) cardio (2mins) and abs (1min) with 3 cycles of different movements. I will restart with you gals! I started it last week but then went to do some wedding planning this weekend and haven't done it for 4 days straight! Might as well just start over :) I measured THursday last week so I will just keep those measurements cuz I doubt they have changed. Starting weight 148 :(

I measured last night and then felt depressed! I haven't been that high in inches before :( Wasn't able to do D4 this morning and probably won't tonight, heading out of town to do WEDDING STUFF YAY!!
