I tried it and it did nada! No weight loss or anything. Definately save your money, if you wanna detox research detox cleansers but as previously said it kills the good bacteria so if you do detox, purchase a good probiotic to build up your bacteria again!

Well I ate Samoa Ice Cream for dinner tonight, so if the world ends tomorrow I will be happy....but I just finished at the gym, so I feel better after eating the ice cream for dinner....not so guilty, so it'll end happy and guilty free for me :)

it helps to take deep breaths, in thru the nose then exhale really hard (contracting abs) pushing it out...do this a few times and it will help them go away....another method I do it pushing in on the cramp...helps it disapate. If you need to walk for a little bit and then jog some more

I had one and it pretty much sweats everythign out of you. My skin felt tighter afterwards. I loved it...I would do more of them but they are spendy!! My SIL used to do them all the time and she loved it. Helped her too

fill up on VEGGIES!!! have a small portion of the food you are craving and then fill up the tummy with veggies, berries, lower sugar fruits....u will get more fiber, vitamins and nutrients and healthy foods in ur system :)

classes with cardio & weights mixed together.... I loved the boot camp class at my old gym, it did that for me!! I also loved Zumba and Yoga!! Zumba really gets ur heart rate up and super fun....the coordination will come along if you aren't very well coordinated

I do....I miss the days of gorging myself sometimes...I was just talking to my fiance this morning about it!! I feel a lot better and happier getting back to my healthy food routines, but I miss some of those foods and eating till over filled :) oh well!!
