Strawberry DELIGHT

* 1 Betty Crocker super moist white cake mix-
(use applesauce instead of oil, only egg whites, and use reg amount of water)
...cook in 9x13 pan and allow to cool.
*After cool use a fork to poke holes in cake:
* mix a Fat free/Sugar free Strawberry Jell-o package (3 oz) with 1 C boiling water and 1 C cold water & Pour slowly over cake
* Refrigerate for 2-3 hours (This will give it a marbled look when cut).
*Remove cake from refrigerator and frost with 1 tub of Cool Whip free and top with fresh sliced strawberries!!
*YUMMYLICIOUS!! and so simple and moist!
Cut cake into 18 pieces (6 across / 3 deep) good size pieces at only:
147 calories, 30 carbs, 2 protein, 2 fat, 209 sodium, 0 sugars (SERIOUSLY!)
