HELP!!! How would you log this in your exercise diary?? Jillian Michael's 30-day shred?

I just added my own new exercise and called it 30Day Shred.. that way you have to know yourself how many calories though.. for things like this i really advise buying a cheap heart rate monitor.. i did and after doing level 1 today i burnt about 170 calories.0

I call it circuit training! I go hard and figure I burn about 280 calories.0

HRM monitor is the only way to add this in accurately. I burned different amounts of calories at different levels. Some people say they burn about 200. I know on level 2 I was burning around 265. So I say invest in an HRM.0
