I usually check what's missing and then take a vitamin for that, usually iron or calcium. I find it easier to see what I need on the phone app as everything is there in one place instead of going into each category individually.

I have friend with a 6 month old baby and has started running again, with baby in pram. She has bought a pram especially for running, thicker wheels or something, so it's better for it.

I do 10-15 minutes of cardio (used as a warm up), rest, weights, rest, 10-15 minutes of cardio so there's a split. I think if I was running more, then I'd probably do cardio first, rest, weights.

I have a trainer at they gym who gives me a programme which changes every 6 weeks or so. I get bored of routine and I've found that helps. My trainer says it's good to change your routine every so often otherwise you end up doing the same routine over and over and not progressing anywhere.
