I started this yesterday, I will be repeating day one. I havent been in shape in 12 years or better and just getting through the warm up and first two run/walk intervals left me unable to move. So i just walked on the treadmill. So it may be a good tool. I just hope I can get there. I use it on y android by the way

i strive for at least 1000. But since Im so heavy it takes more energy to pull and push my body than someone thin, therefor I burn more calories. I like 1000 but prefer 14-1500. That takes about 90 minutes of non stop cardio to get it

If you have a smart phone there is an app too! there is a barcode scanner on the phone app and it is awesome! a real life saver

My hubby has stretchies and i could care less. I love him for him not for what he looks like. He is fit too. 5'7" and 165lbs, so he isnt flabby or anything. Stretch marks happen on some people mopre than others. No big deal.

well I used lite coconut milk and even though it tasted fantastic, it didnt have the right mouthfeel, if that makes sense. i think I will do half lite coconut milk and half maybe plain yogurt next time for a richer feel

WOW!!! Im at 16 pounds for 3 weeks and thought I was doing good. You have blown me out of the water! Keep up the good work. but remember, if it doesnt fall off that fast all the time, it isnt a bad thing, it just happens.

My first workout wasnt quite a month ago. I could do a mere ten minutes on the treadmill bike and elliptical, for a total of 30 minutes exercising. i thought I was doing a good job even then. but now I can do an hour or more on the elliptical and I am going at times over 6 mph!
