We all need to realize we are human. We aren't on the website because we have been underweight all our lives. I will manage the best I can, not eat too horribly and try to get in some exercise. Just being aware will make this holiday season much more successful than my "eat everything in sight" holidays of the past.

We seem to have time for everyone, except ourselves. I have to keep telling myself, if I don't take care of me, I won't be around to take care of them. My goal for today is wrap gifts. I love everything about the holidays, but wrapping is my least favorite.

Don't be discouraged. It happens to all of us. It is extremely frustrating. Tighten up the diary, make sure the calories are as close as possible, keep moving. You will get there.

I say keep the dress. I weigh less now than I did in high school. As for fashion, everything comes back eventually, lol.

Made it to gym for a jog on the dreadmill and actually did some weights.

Welcome to the group! I agree with lulu. No reason you can't have a small calorie deficit and still workout. Obviously, just don't starve yourself. You have a great attitude, will serve you well.

Welcome to the group! You need to find what works for you. I weigh everyday b/c I can follow fluctuations and not freak out if I gain. Some weigh once a week or month or never, just depend on measurements or how their clothes fit. I too know exercise is not optional and have had some eye-openers with logging food. I have…

That would drive me crazy. I am definitely "see something that needs done and do it kind of gal". I am ADHD and a little OCD, so sounds a little "excusy" to me. I hope he at least pays something for his room and board. There needs to be some accountability.
