Take measurements too, as well as document how much of a particular exercise you can do before having to rest and then do it again every month on your journey. I ate half a bag of Reese's miniatures last night AFTER I had closed my log for the day.....and I didn't log the mini bag of Chips Ahoy cookies I ate today either. Thank God I am not the only one who does this. TOM is horrible for me with control.

I like them a lot and I have tried all the flavors. It is a matter of personal preference if you will like the hot vegetables and meat on cold lettuce. Ok to sum it up-- I need to eat back what a burn by at least half???? I don't mind doing this- I just had no idea. Wow I was wrong. I thought I was supposed to just eat what MFP allotted me and then the burning was burning, I wasn't supposed to eat those back. I have taken small steps during trips to the store already--whole grain bread, pasta and rice cake chips. My biggest downfall is sweets, soda and serving sizes!! I am trying desperately to work on these things!!
