OMG...thanks for the laugh, I feel the same! Trust the process, I run 30 minutes non-stop! Still at a snail's pace, but damnit I'm running, while the lil kids on their tri-cycle humiliate the hell outta me! I feel your pain sir! Hahaha!!!

DOMS is normal, but the lower back PAIN is serious...Rest, water, creatine/protein for recovery, BCAA's will help too! Lay off the lower back exercise until you recover, or you will risk long term injury...just my 2 cents!

It is possible, u must eat clean and healthy and not go overboard. You must consume protein and do 30-45 minutes of cardio daily! The trick is use weights heavy enough to force muscle growth.
