Are you exercising in an addition to adjusting food? If so, you're muscles might be swollen and that can make you gain weight.

Absolutely! And a lot of times my heart will be racing too. Unfortunately I usually end up pigging out.....which is annoying, bc I'm trying to take the nap to get energy from a different source other than food! Does the nap itself lower your blood sugar?

I've been thinking of making rice with dried fruit--like adding in some cranberries or raisins during the simmering process. We've made greek yogurt by just using a strainer on normal yogurt.
