That happens to me sometimes when I watch & play volleyball. I played for 8 years. For me, it brings back memories and the nostalgia makes me emotional. It also makes me sad to see how badly out of shape I've let myself get. But the better my health gets, the better my mood gets :smile: . So that gives me hope!
