Question about logging

Hello everyone! I recently purchased the P.I.N.K method plan and it comes with workout dvds. I was just curious as to how to log that on MFP. Any suggestions?

    You need a HRM (heart rate monitor) to know how many calories you are burning. Really the best investment you can make towards losing weight!

    I'm guessing the closest you'll get in the mfp database is circuit training. An HRM would probably be best, but in the absence of that, perhaps use that.

    I'd love to hear what you think about the DVDs when you've gotten a few done. I kept looking at those, kind of liked the look of the workouts.
