I love spaghetti squash but I could never pass it off as real spaghetti to my kids! I agree....I think the calories burned is too high. Today I ran (and walked some) 4 miles in 43 minutes and it gave me 725 cal.

Thanks for your input, but this is exactly what NROL4W tells you NOT to do. Weight training, strength training, "toning", "shaping" are all the same I think. You lift heavy, you break down some muscle fiber, the muscle repairs itself, you become stronger. And in my case, you gain 4 pounds! :-)

6oz fat free plain Greek yogurt 6oz Almond Plus milk 1/2 ripe frozen banana 1 tbsp peanut butter Packet of Sweet Leaf 2-3 cups baby spinach Some ice cubes I mix this all in blender. About 27g of protein and tastes really good.
