around 300+ i personally think it doesnt matter how many cals as long as u have some protein like veggies and stuff then ur good

i know wat ur going through cuz all my friedns and sisters are liek that even my mom but myself when im drpessed, i dont eat and im depressed quite frequently when iget depressed i wont eat for a week or more. im kind emotionally unstable so it tends ot happen alot

yeh it has half the cals and fat of regular mayo thats why i like it and it tastes just liek regular mayo

my bad i meant ot say 35 calories per serving its hellmann's light mayo contains good source of omega 3 ala (230 mg per serving)

snacksi buy are the 100 calorie snacks theyre low in calories and my 4 yr old niece loves them. i get the chocalte chip cookie ones lol im doing the same thing tomorrow so i cant really help u much considering i having the same problem
