thanks i try to walk atleast once everyday. being that we live uphill it take the breath right out of me tho

about a yr ago i weighed 255 now i had lost bout 97 pounds and was at 157 almost right there where i wanted to be at then boom i ended up pregnant lol due in march (:

YOU ALWAYS WEIGGH THEW MOST AT NIGHT SIMPLY CAUSE YOU EAT THROUGH OUT THE DAY. AND DO WHATEVER. BUT THE NEXT DAY YOU WAKE UP AND BE 3-5 POUNDS LIGHTER..LOL I DONT EXACTLY KNOW WHY THIS IS.

haha yeh mee too!! Im thinking it does since everytime i walk in them for a period of time it feels like my leg muslcles are getting a workout. but im not sure if and how much..hmmm...:tongue:

you cna lose weight without excercise persue but if u think about it, if u eat, right and do everyday activities its the same as excercising you could clean house and burn a good bit of calories, walk, play wit kids, ect. normal activities that require movement every bit counts

When im with my boyfriend and have mone y i tend to pick the most unhealthiest greasiest thing i can find which is BAD so ive came across something slightly better i ussually get a chicken salad on wheat bread. so far thats been my most favorite to snack on it doesnt look like itll fill u up but it does justice Lol

im ussually starving after a hard workout so i drink a bottle of water and have a light snack because my body confuses hunger with thirst sometimes

i always want ot give up and in th prcess i give up on myself and i dont use mfp for awhile but then i realise if i dont belivei n myself who will. u cant quit just push urself and i nthe end itll be worth it

Hmmm.... THat never really happens to me. But try eating something cooler, than a hotmeal and something cold. eaither way youll get all ur nutrients... for example.. Eat a cold salad cook some chicken to mix end with it. end with some cold fruit yogurt or chillled fruit in general. hopes this helps

JUST GET VERY ACTIVE THIS EVENING AND BURN SOME CALORIES AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER WHILE DOING IT THEN U CAN HAVE A NORMAL DINNER CHICKEN SALAD SANDWHICH WITH A BAG OF CHIPS SOUNDS GOOD IF UR LOOKING FOR A 200-250 CALORIE DINNER OR PERHAPS A SALAD
