  • Nothing has changed, I've been running on a treadmill until the snow melts some more (I live in Alaska). I do have shoes and inserts that I have been fitted for, but I've had them for a while now. It may be time for some new shoes. Thank you for the advice :)
  • Definitely try it!! I was intimidated at first also. Let the instructor know you're new, mine was really helpful. When they up the resistance, maybe only go up 2 levels instead of 3. The key is to keep you cadence/pace at the level necessary for that particular part of the class whether it's sprinting, climbing hills, or…
  • I'm 5'4" and 25 years old. After having my son I ended up at 167.7 pounds. I am currently 145.4 and am hoping to be 130-135 (my bust is quite larger than before having my son). I have done Insanity once already, I lost 10 pounds and 9 inches. I am about to start my second round. I have a cruise coming up in April that I…

  • That is super exciting! I am going to start training for my next marathon around March (I just had a baby and don't want to push myself too early). I have run a few half marathons and am hoping to run a full this time! Good luck and most importantly HAVE FUN!
  • This gives me hope!! I had my son eight weeks ago, and I also gained a LOT of weight. I've already lost over half of it, but I was very fit before getting pregnant. This proves to me that there is a light at the end of the tunnel :) I'd like to add you as a friend for encouragement if that's okay.
