  • I'm confused. I thought the recommended protein was 100 grams/day, not 100 grams a meal, for a female. A 3-4 ounce chicken breast has 26 grams of protein. You would have to eat 4 chicken breasts.
  • Very good point! The Adventists have a healthy lifestyle, in every area, which can not be compared to "Californians."
  • I'm 5'4, currently weigh 140 and am a size 4. I eat around 1800 calories a day, and workout 600-800 calories a day. I am losing weight very slowly, but have lost so many inches. I use to be a size 12 when I was only 13 lbs heavier.
  • I did the HCG diet and I lost 10 pounds, but have gained back all 10 and an additional 10 pounds. Don't do it! My metabolism is whacked.
