I have a leather vest that's been sitting in my closet for about 3 years now. I can put it but I can't zip it up.

I'm starting again too. My highest weight was 300 lbs over 6 years ago. I dropped down to 145-150 with the help of myfitnesspal. Then I went back up to 250 after 2 pregnancies. After that I've been yoyoing back and forth. I got down to 190 and then back up to 218. Today I weighed in at 208. So it is possible to lose the…

I'm in the same boat. I lost 140 lbs on MFP about 5 years ago. Then I gained about of that back over the course of 2 pregnancies. You can get healthy again

I was overweight or obese from the time I was 6 until last fall. I'm 22 now.

Pictures of myself after having my daughter.

Wow. This makes me never want to eat again. There is clearly something wrong with both of them.

No. I'd buy the stuff to make a healthier version.

Somewhere between 250 and 270. I weigh 159 now and my goal is 130.

I don't have a good answer since I'm also battling this problem. But I keep enough calories to allow for a snack before I go to bed. Its not a solution but it works for me right now and I'm still losing weight.

You look fantastic :)
-
Sounds great I'll have to try it. I love almost anything with chicken and rice.

Looking good! Keep it up :)

Hi, I've lost 97 lbs and I've went from a size 16 or 18 pants down to 9 or 10.

I'm donating some to Goodwill tomorrow.

Wow! What an improvement!

Technically my starting weight of 297 is from 3/27/10. I didn't have a working scale when I joined Mfp so I used the weight from when I left the hospital after having my daughter as my start weight. You are doing great too. Keep up the good work!
-
You looked great before and you're stunning now :)

Yeah I do feel pretty good now. Much better than what I did. And the scale isn't the only way I measure my progress. I'm doing fitness classes now (something I've never done before if you don't count gym class). There are so many physical things I can do now that I've never been able to do before.

Thank you :) I briefly considered it because of the medical problems I had but I decided it was the best choice for me to do it the "old fashioned way". I had c-sections when I had both my kids and I didn't want to be cut into again. I understand that these procedures have their place but I wanted to do it on my own.

Sometimes I spot during ovulation. The birth control I was on made it worse.

I couldn't agree more. I agree their weeks are probably longer than 7 days and in the beginning it is a very dramatic change in lifestyle.

pretty much anything with refined sugars: chocolate, cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc. I try to avoid them as much as I can or substitute other stuff in so that I'm satisfied.

I wear my $30 hrm from Walmart to motivate me and track my calories burned.

I usually cut up some veggies (peppers, green beans, broccoli, carrots, onions, etc) and throw in some type of meat (canned tuna, diced chicken). I spray the pan with non stick cooking spray. I serve it over brown rice with either sweet and sour or sesame sauce.
