I usually cut up some veggies (peppers, green beans, broccoli, carrots, onions, etc) and throw in some type of meat (canned tuna, diced chicken). I spray the pan with non stick cooking spray. I serve it over brown rice with either sweet and sour or sesame sauce.

This isn't exactly a stir fry, but sorta. I like to take mushrooms, peppers and onions and stir fry them together. Than add whatever kind of pre-cooked meat you want (or leave it meatless) sausage, hamburger, bacon, ham, shrimp. Then mix some pizza sauce
in and it tastes sorta like a deluxe pizza without the crust. I usually put it in a tortilla to eat and if your feeling extravagent you can drizzle a little garlic butter over it.

I bake tofu until it if firm/dry and use it as my protein. In a skillet I spray nonstick spray, and use broccoli, carrot, water chesnuts, onions, green/red/orange peppers and any other veggie that sounds good at the time. For sauce, the asian section at my grocery store has packets of sauce, bottles of sauce, or little dry mixes of sauce that you can add stuff too. Check out nutrition facts though because some of them are horrible. I usually use less sauce then they say too and it still tastes really good. I typically use orange or sesame sauce, or sometimes plain teriyaki. I serve over quinoa instead of rice! I love stir fried tofu & veggies :)
