If the exercise is new, you are likely retaining water, which is why your scale isn't moving. exercise isnt new but cutting the beer is lol still not moving today but oddly i feel thinner

Well i made it to 3 weeks so far only 9 days to go strange thing is I haven't lost any weight despite staying well under 1500 calories daily and exercising vigorously for 45mins to 2 hours most days. hmmmmmmm any ideas ?

Nearly a week now still hanging in typically October is a 5 weekend month lol Weight up and down but hopeful in few days i will have lost a pound or six

I am in sober October survived friday saturday sunday nights normally have more than a few beers. even if i was logging food a bit short most days i dont go near 1500 and exercise 300-1200 but its food for thought so to speak

Hi thanks for this I have had a good look and makes sense however I see that I might have to eat more which seems completely the opposite of what i feel I should do Excercise more ant eat less.

I dont think your current weight is too bad and if you started running again as I have it should help , but running is so hard once you have a break ! Just keep an eye on the scales ! For some reason if you put the same speed x time into strava it says you burned a lot less calories than MFP I think strava is more accurate say indoors 54 mins at 16-20 mph about 400-450 calories

well 2 mile run was so tough the first few always are then it gets a lot easier and then the distance can go up and the pounds drop off thats the theory just under 20 mins for 2 miles is slow but when your carrying lard its not easy lol just got to keep it going !

Yes just bought them at weekend and they show 3lbs less lol and they are the same make ! Well going to try a 2 mile run geez going to kill me !
