OMG I do the same thing. I am constantly saying see how you feel in 5 minutes, think about why I started running in the first place, try to zone out, etc. etc. I just finished c25k a few weeks ago and am working on endurance. I ran 40 minutes straight yesterday & i thought I'd die, LOL.

I eat a ton of fruit and I still lost a ton of weight. I didn't become overweight by eating too much fruit, that's for sure!

I'm still looking. Being a 34G, I've tried Wacoal, Moving Comfort and a myriad of cheap ones (Jockey, Champion, etc.). I hate them all. I'm going to order the Panache.

Last 10 is taking forever. I started tracking body fat %age and watch measurements too when I feel discouraged.

Almost every day I have 40g of regular oatmeal mixed w/ 1 tsp Scharffen Berger cocoa, 1/2 T of Chia seeds, a packet of Splenda, and top w/ 7gr of mini chocolate chips. It's SO SO GOOD! 220 calories.

I'm a member, I love it. It's clean, plenty of machines, 30-min circuit area, never a wait. I don't do any power lifting though so I can't comment on that. I've never ever heard the lunk alarm go off.

I want one too. I'm reluctant to spend $1,000 on one though. But I don't want a Walmart special either. From my preliminary research I think what I want is a hybrid. It's a cross between a mountain bike and a road bike. D i c k s Sporting Goods has some Diamondback models that are about $300-$500.

Voli vodka is 74 cals/oz. Flavor it with Mio or mix w/ Crystal Light, etc. I'm going to try iced tea Mio & Lemonade Crystal LIght. I hardly ever drink any more but I want to indulge once in a while. It's a diet not a prison sentence.

I usually make oatmeal w/ cocoa, chia, coconut oil & a few chips but today I subbed quinoa for the oats. Not bad but the little sprouts are kind of gross looking. Might mix 1/2 oats 1/2 quinoa next time.

I joined a gym recently. This is week 3. Mon-Fri I do 50-60 minutes of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike). Mon & Thur I add upper body machines (about 30 mins). Tues & Fri I add ab & leg machines (about 40 mins). Weekends off other than walking the dog in the neighborhood, park, etc. idk if that's good or not.

OK, I'm going to try it. That 2280 is according to Fitbit so I assume it includes BMR + exercise. I'm going to the gym 5 days a week, approx an hr. of cardio & 1/2 an hr of strength training. So far it's telling me to eat 1,684. I don't think I'll eat that many but I'll eat more than 1,200. Happy day :) THANK YOU ALL!!!
