I agree that if I completely deprived myself of junk food I would go crazy, I eat it in moderation and a sensible amount.

23lbs is a giant step..you should be very proud. I lost 3lbs and i'm happy...to me any loss is a big step whether its .1 lb or 10lbs. You look great keep up the good work.

I've seen several reduced sodium deli meats. I bought the Tyson Cajun Chicken breast and theres no reduced version that I've seen in this brand.

I made my nuts into a 100 calorie snacks but I also have store bought 100 calorie snack packs. I've never had a protein shake. I eat a lot of plain oatmeal, I use vanilla almond milk in it, lots of apples, raisins, sugar free jello, almonds, low sodium peanut butter on rice cakes. Special K cracker chips and 100 calorie snacks. Lots of chicken turkey and tilapia. I stopped buying vegetables in the can because of the sodium, I buy frozen vegetables…

I eat almonds, sunflower seeds ,and walnuts but I have never tried avocados.

Thanks for the responses, I am currently walking with leslie sansone but theres only a diifference in my hips and thighs when i try on old pants. My stomach and back are my biggest problem areas. I guess I will attempt 30ds all I have to lose is this fat.

I plan my meals days ahead because that way you already know what you're going to eat. You're not just looking around trying to figure out what you're going to eat to meet the calories for that day. Saves time.
