  • Hey girls!! I really don't post a lot, but I'm still in my diet and doing some circuit training ang walking/running! Last week I raced for the first time (5k) and it was great! I will try to post more often... And finish this october challenge strong!

  • I decided to do the 30DS every other day. Besides the 30DS, I'm also trainning for a 6K race (my first race ever!) and doing Curves workout, and I think doing the 30DS every day is not going to help my running... What do you guys think?
