    I'm on Day 4 of Level 1... so far so good. Although I'm upping my hand weights tonight so tomorrow may be an entirely different story. LOL :)

    Heck ya Im definately in I love this video and started it again a few ago. Its hard but we can do anything for 29 mins geesh!!! Makes me push harder knowing its short and not an houjr long and a good balance of exercise. would love to be friends with anyone who is doing this as well feel free to friend me.....GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!! (and me too LOL) :laugh:

    I did day 2 level 1 today! I am trying to do them before work on weekdays, it was a struggle this morning though!

    I am a bit concerned that I am not sore at all. I work really hard during the shred and can definitely feel I am working hard, but people on here have talked about being sore for days. Has anyone else found this?

    ive just done day 2, im only sore at my chest muscles but i think thats just cos im crap at push ups! lol

  • I decided to do the 30DS every other day. Besides the 30DS, I'm also trainning for a 6K race (my first race ever!) and doing Curves workout, and I think doing the 30DS every day is not going to help my running... What do you guys think?

    im doing the shred everyday n planning on running 3x a week as well, seems ok so far
  • Hi! I've finished did my W1D2 of the shred! I didn't pushed to hard on the legs exercises so it will not affect my running training or my curves workout. After that I did the Yoga Meltdown Level 1! At night I will go to the gym...

    I use 3 lb. for most of it, switching to 5 lb. only when it feels too light.

    I use 3lbs weights and I usually do the 30ds after work around 5:30-6pm

    Ive not got any weights at mo so using 2 x 560g of tinned fruit! Must be working as I can feel my chest muscles very well lol. We do ours around 8.30pm once our youngest goes to bed xx

    Just done day 4. I have done it very late tonight at 10pm but was determined to fit it in! I normally do it after work around 5.30-6. I use 2x 5kg (4.4Ib each). My arms really hurt. Think I got weights that were too heavy!! I'm already finding it easier (not easy but easier!!)
  • Hi em i done mine late tonight aswell ... it is getting easier, i aint got any weights so im just using some tins that weigh 392g each ... will have to get some weights eventually though as im gonna be doing this for a while to get the body i want

    emmm theres 2.2lbs in a kg, so thats 11lb weights ur using?!

    Ha ha, opps. I meant 2 x 2kg weights. Using 5kg would be serious!! My arms hurt enough with 2kg!

    Me too! I'm not too fond of the side lunges so I am looking forward to something new as well! I am enjoying the challenge though!

    Just done day 8. I weight myself today and I have PUT ON 4 Ibs......HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?! I have read some other posts and a lot of people have said you can gain water weight as your muscles heal. It had better be water weight! I did take measurements and photos before I started so hopefully I will see results elsewhere! Still going to go until day 30!

    Just completed day 6 ( had a rest day on sat as went to the cinema) today and its getting better. Still sweating like a piglet but its all good! is everyone moving onto level 2 on day 10? Ive heard its a lot harder!! :D

    I weighed mysellf sneakily this morning and it looks like ive put on a few lb too :/ but going to see what i am on my normal weigh in xx
