extra milk, either skim or 1% with a half splenda packet, I don't need much sweetener, as I am sweet enough

Everyone at work ate out for lunch, but I stuck to my own food from home.

Everything else I like has been mentioned, but I will add that I love beef, turkey, and buffalo jerky. Portable and lean. Check out Trader Joe's brand, as they do not contains any nitrates or MSG. I stock up when I am there. They have different flavors as well. Online, you can find ostrich jerky, if you are adventurous :)

Personally, Target seems to run big for me (aside from the jeans) ...but Walmart is TERRIBLE....runs way small!

I am not a mustard fan... unless it's honey mustard (the bad stuff) or if I am adding dijon to dressings, etc. Not sure if it's considered a condiment, but I LOOOOVE the light Laughing Cow cheese wedges. I will take the Frank's Red Hot motto and say "I put that $*#% on everything" LOL Can't wait for the new flavors coming…

Or you could just get some old-fashioned male encouragment by hitting the bars

I prefer Hormel Nature Choice Honey Roasted turkey. I don't know how the sodium compares, but there are no nitrates, which is what I stay away from and very bad for you. One serving is 3 slices at 60 calories (or 70, can't remember exactly)

While I like cottage cheese with fruit, I have to say I don't like the idea of it on a pizza but I am Italian through and through and more traditional in that area, lol. But, what about fat-free ricotta, passed through a strainer?

Thanks for all the tips, I am definately going to try them all!!
-
I buy taco seasoning from myspicesage.com - I am addicted to the site anyway, but they have some really good stuff!!

Wow, the first one lost 64 lbs in 3 months??? Incredible,

Thanks for the reply. I don't buy any canned veggies aside from the mushrooms. But I was tired of throwing out half packages of mushrooms every week, lol.

lol..that's why I only make it for events or parties...and I just save a little for the house.... but everyone goes crazy over it. I haven't figured out the stats, but it would be pretty easy to do.

This recipe has been requested several times over the year by my son's classmates (and teacher, lol) since they only allow "healthy" snacks for parties at school: PUMPKIN FLUFF DIP 1 can (15oz) pure pumpkin (preferably, but can use the pie mix) 1 container (16oz) fat free whipped topping (cool whip) 2 - 4 svg (or 1 larger…

Marzetti's 100 calorie pack Ranch dip? I love these, very good. Other than that, I make my own olive oil dressings with balsamic or other vinegar.
-
I agree..... cuz the same thing happened to me this weekend!! :(

I love a cup of sliced strawberries that has been macerated for up to 4 hours in 1 TBL. of balsamic vinegar & 1 tsp. sugar, then right before I eat it, I grind some black pepper over it. It's sweet and sour with a zing, I love it. Sometimes I add 2 TB. of the FF Redi Whip on top.

I was on it 4 years ago, I lost 60 lbs in half a year. I had learned to eat correctly while watching portion sizes, so after a few months I did not eat the food anymore and instead made my own meals according to their carb/protein ratios (similar to Zone). It does teach you the value of a portion for sure! Unfortunately, I…

While I am a balsamic girl, I do occasionally enjoy ranch. I really like the Marzetti 100 calorie pack ranch dressings, I buy them anyway for my son to put in his lunch bag with crudites, so I will indulge ever so often. I think it's really tasty!!

My nephew was as a baby and is still highly allergic to many food catergories (cow's milk included), so he was given goat's milk as well. http://askdrsears.com/html/3/t032400.asp

 I read all my favorite magazines - junk like Cosmo, Glamour, and US Weekly

Does it have instructions? There may be a way to switch between the 2 measurements.
-
If I had to go everytime I ate, that would definately be an incentive for me not to stuff my face all day long, lol.
-
Trader Joe's jerky - different flavors, and you can get beef, turkey or buffalo! It's 70 calories per ounce - no MSG & no nitrates, which is a big plus IMO.

Well, I don't know the relationship and I have encountered a few sabotagers in my time (an older lady at work who also coincedentally brings in donuts/cheesecake/cookies daily, and probably weighs 85 lbs, and pushes them on everyone and when I say "NO" she gets pissy with me because everyone else gobbles up 2-3 donuts) But…

Nutella.... and melted cheese (just not together!)

Well, physically speaking, I have some days where I am ravenously hungry and go over my calories, and somedays where I am so busy with my son with hockey, guitar and soccer that it's 8pm and I have eaten 600 calories all day and am NOT hungry at all, so why force myself to eat if for once I can feel like I have some…

small 6 inch sweet onion chicken sub, no extra sauce, with extra veggies and hots - no cheese, too much fat. But I don't get this often, too much sodium (1200mg!)

Oh and how could I forget? I would quit my job (that I loathe) - and open my own restaurant, my lifelong dream!!
