Alt for Oscar Myer Turkey Breast?

I thought the Oscar Myer Turkey Breast would be a good, easy addition for snacks and protein addition to salads. However, it eats away at my sodium level like nobody's business. Does anyone know of an alternative?

    I prefer Hormel Nature Choice Honey Roasted turkey. I don't know how the sodium compares, but there are no nitrates, which is what I stay away from and very bad for you. One serving is 3 slices at 60 calories (or 70, can't remember exactly)

    I found some Sandra Lee low sodium turkey breat that was very tasty! It is in a largish plastic container. I purchased at grocery outlet but have seen it at other stores as well.
