  • kylie i know you personally and i know you have the ability to get back on your diet and get everything back on track! like everyone says just pay more attention with what you are rewarding yourself with and u will be ok....i lost my weight and didnt even notice it because i dont have the mindset of "must get the fat off"…

  • well the physical therapy will burn calories too...you can always work out your arms with books or hand weights or anything you can find....you can always as your physical therapist what they think you will be able to do as a workout without pain, or little pain.....hope it helps!

  • Try finding some water packets to put in water that are flavors that you like...When i want some ice cream i put some Hawiian punch in some water because i like it....i find that it works and water is 0 calories and most water packets are around 5 each...just an idea

  • I think its that your body is getting use to your new food choices or changed so its cleaning out things to learn what to keep....thats just my idea because my body is doing the same thing and i just started.

  • I have the Champions version of the easy tones I bought at Payless and I really do like them..they are around $30 at most and I wear them more then my regular shoes.
