Did you stay within your nutritional goals? no... prettty sure I didn't

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? enjoyed my day :drinker:

What would I have done differently? track my calories and not eat fried food

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

    What would I have done differently? STAYED AWAY FROM THE SWEETS A LITTLE MORE

    What is today's personal goals? MAYBE TAKE THE KIDS AND HUBBY ON A WALK

    What would I have done differently? track my calories and not eat so much...:grumble: Not a very good weekend for me... it's been a long time since I've eaten so yucky!!! Back on track this week!!! Note: It was a fabulous weekend!!!! just not in the food\eating category... LOL :laugh:

    What would I have done differently? Not snack like it was my job!!!! OMG... my sodium was off the charts yesterday!!! UGH!!!

    What would I have done differently? didn't need 2nd helping of rhubarb crisp

    Did you reach yesterday's personal goals? Guess not - I didn't log calories. Company since Sunday, now I'm getting back to it.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I think I was moderately off-track :ohwell:

    What would I have done differently? Realize that days ahead are going to be full of entertaining and company and learn to keep the intake down and the exercise UP!

    What is today's personal goals? elliptical (done) and get back to tracking!

    What would I have done differently? a few less snacks and choose real food instead
