a few years back I lost 5stone on slimming world - fantastic then I kept it off for a year then I was put on meds became less active due to pain guess why I am back not doing slimming world this time but it is easy (once you get your head round it) and it works good luck

that is fantastic definitely keep hold of those lower clothes sizes bag them up and put them out of the way and put the money to one side you would have spent on some wearable items then when you get to the size you want to stay at you will have enough to get a basic wardrobe you can then add to :) again fantastic

Make sure you stretch out really well at the end of the work out - it helps the muscles so much quite often on dvds they do not give enough time to that aspect stretch each muscle group and hold the stretches at 10 seconds then stretch a bit further for an extra 5 that should help a lot

I use benefibre and find it great as you can just add it to drinks or sauces and you dont really know it is there and when I have a real problem I take ortisan fruit and fibre cubes as they are gentle and I dont get cramps with those interesting question I am looking forward to seeing what others take

I'm up for this I will do a real modified version - the ones I do in pilates class - but that is due to the fact my fitness level is really low a challange like this will help :) maybe this time next year I will be doing them one handed :):)

I might be inclined to set it higher still BUT please remember that processing protein and using fat for energy is harder on the liver and kidneys than the body getting all its energy needs from carbs so make sure you DO get the water in just to help hopefully you will get some really helpful advice from someone far more…

if some are exercise cals I would not eat them but maybe a nice warm drink before bed could use some of those cals up me I think I would hit the peanut butter jar with that many cals left good luck on planning for tomorrow I finally seem to be able to plan and get nearer to my cal allowance :)
