I think it could help you on the days you are tired and find it hard to cook to have a home cooked ready meal - so on the days you do cook why not cook yourself an extra portion and freeze it I have several home cooked frozen meals and I was so glad when I went into hospital that I did as the food was awful for vegetarians…

I just have berries for my fruit as they tend to be lower cal than some other friuts sometimes I have an apple rhubarb is really good and very low in cals I cook it with some sweetener and vanilla and then freeze in small cubes and its just like eating some sweets - very similar to your frozen grapes

I actually use soya islolate powder as its so high in protein one scoop has 78 cals and 17g protein and the whey powder for the same amount has some carbs and has more calories I do a vegetarian low carb diet and its going really well
